* a regular flow class
* time for a bit of alignment fun and wall play
* breath awareness
* restorative yoga
* yoga nidra
Because we have 2 1/2 hours we have plenty of space and time to explore and to rest as well.
I am really looking forward to sharing a regular yoga style flow class with you in February along with restorative restful chill out yoga and yoga nidra.
