Join us for an afternoon of igniting our inner fire, the agni (fire) of digestion and the tejas (radiance) of your being.
We’ll enjoy a flow of yoga poses and movement. Sequenced to kindle your inner fire, digestion and glow. Then allow the fire to melt away any tension or restrictions in more restorative rejuvenating poses.
The session is scheduled for two hours. We have time after the session to chat, questions and move gently out into the world again.
